Karen Draper Gerber
Karen Gerber is a respected criminal defense attorney with extensive experience in state and federal criminal courts. Her practice focuses on complex criminal litigation, including multi-count, multi-defendant criminal conspiracies, murder, sexual misconduct, and white-collar cases, but that does not mean she is too big to handle an infraction or misdemeanor.
She brings her vast experience and attention to detail to every client, no matter what their situation. She understands that each client's case is the most important case to them. She is a fierce advocate, whether it is fighting for the best result on an infraction or arguing complex matters of law in Federal Court. Karen has tried dozens of cases to jury verdict and utilizes that experience to bring her clients the best possible results.
Graham Green
There are few things that Graham likes to do more than advocate for his clients. Graham has nearly three decades of trial experience that he can provide in your case. Most recently, Graham worked for the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of North Carolina. As an Assistant United States Attorney for 19 years, Graham tried numerous cases in the Middle District and has trial experience in both the Eastern and the Western Districts of North Carolina. Graham has also argued several cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Craig Principe
For six years, Craig worked for the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of North Carolina. As an Assistant United States Attorney, he was responsible for conducting criminal investigations and prosecuting cases in federal court.
Craig handled cases involving armed robberies, bank robberies, firearms offenses, firearms trafficking and straw purchasing, drug trafficking, drug conspiracies, money laundering, communicating interstate threats, cyberstalking, and assaults on federal officers. As the district’s National Security / Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council Coordinator for two years, he was responsible for investigating violations of federal crimes involving national security, domestic violent extremism, domestic terrorism, and energy facility and infrastructure attacks.
